## Overview

Heartland built the ElkRidge 37 Ultimate around livability — the kitchen comes with a solid surface countertop, a residential microwave, a recessed three-burner cooktop with oven, and a deep stainless steel sink, making it genuinely functional rather than just presentable. The Universal Docking Center consolidates city water, black tank flush, exterior shower, satellite connections, and winterization valves into one tidy compartment, which is a small thing until you're setting up in the dark. Construction leans serious too: laminated fiberglass sidewalls, a one-piece walkable EPDM roof, heated and enclosed underbelly, and R14 insulation on both the roof and floor give it real four-season credibility. Optional upgrades like an electric fireplace, dual pane windows, a second ducted A/C, and a stainless four-door refrigerator let you tailor it closer to a full-time rig.
