## Overview

The Heartland Gateway 3800RLB is built around long-stay comfort, with a walk-in wardrobe, washer/dryer closet, and a Queen pillow top memory foam mattress making it feel less like camping and more like relocating. The kitchen and bathrooms get solid surface countertops, a stainless steel undermounted sink, and an oversize shower with a glass door, while English maple cabinetry and solid wood cabinet doors give the interior a residential finish. Keeping things comfortable in any weather, the Heartland Gateway 3800RLB runs a "Cir-Cu-Lair" dual A/C system with two units, two thermostats, and 28,500 BTU of total capacity. The full pass-through storage with tie-downs, Mor/Ryde suspension, and an enclosed underbelly with 12-volt tank heat pads add practical utility for those who use it beyond the summer season.
