## Overview

Two electric fireplaces. One in the living room, one in the bedroom. Set the tone for how this floor plan approaches comfort, and the rest of the interior follows suit with solid hardwood cabinet doors, solid surface countertops, a stainless undermount farmers sink, and blackout roller shades throughout. Outside, Venture loaded this unit with serious infrastructure: a BAL 4-point electric leveling system, Mor-Ryde CRE 3,000 suspension, Mor-Ryde rubber pin box, and what they claim is best-in-class 185 cubic feet of pass-through storage. The heated, enclosed one-piece underbelly and Tufflex PVC roof with a limited lifetime warranty speak to genuine four-season ambitions. A motorhome-style legless awning with wind sensor on the slideout and a hot/cold outside shower round out an exterior package that punches above the typical fifth wheel price point.
