The 37SA packs a lot of livability into its layout. The living area centers around an electric fireplace and home theater with subwoofer, while the kitchen steps up with solid surface countertops, a glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a convection microwave. A skylight over the shower and a glass shower door give the bath a more finished feel than you'd expect at this price point. The Queen bed comes with an upgraded mattress and a 32" LCD TV in the bedroom, and the sofa hide-a-bed and dream dinette round out the sleeping options for a group. Worth noting: owner reviews of the Mirada Select line consistently praise the floor plan and driving comfort, though some report fit-and-finish inconsistencies, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is well worth the time.
