The Coachmen Pursuit 31SB earns consistent praise from owners for its surprisingly spacious interior and well-thought-out layout, starting with a power drop-down front bunk that stows out of the way when you don't need it and deploys easily when you do. Back in the bedroom sits a King bed with a designer headboard and its own 32" LED TV, while the living area keeps things comfortable with a jackknife sofa, booth dinette, and a 50" LED TV. The kitchen holds its own too, with a stainless double-bowl sink, tile backsplash, and a pull-out pantry that adds real storage without eating into the floor plan. A skylight over the shower is a small touch that makes the single bath feel noticeably less cramped, and the optional 50-amp package with dual air conditioners is worth a close look if you plan to camp in warmer climates.
