The Hymer Fiat ROCK is built around a Fiat Ducato chassis with genuine cold-weather credentials: M+S all-season tires with the snowflake symbol come standard, the walls are lined with 16 mm closed-cell polyethylene foam, the roof gets 23 mm XPS insulation, and every window is insulated and aluminum-framed. Three skylights keep the compact living space from feeling like a cave, and the "Travel Lounge" bench with adjustable inclination gives the interior a more considered, lounge-like feel than most vans in this class. The optional sleeping roof adds a maxi double bed up top with its own skylight and electric locking mechanism, making it easy to sleep four without sacrificing the living area below. Swiveling cab seats upholstered in the same living area fabric, a multifunctional rail system along the seating group and kitchen, and comfort push locks with genuine leather loops all show the kind of detailing Hymer brings to the Fiat Ducato platform.
