The twin beds that convert to a King bed with a dual density foam cushion are a smart touch in a 21-foot Class C. You get flexibility for solo travelers or couples without sacrificing sleeping comfort. The bathroom punches above its weight too, with a skylight over the shower and a retractable shower door that feels more residential than most rigs this size. Under the hood, the Ford E-Series 7.3L V8 brings 325 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque, with an available Chevrolet 6.6L V8 option bumping that to 401 HP if you want more muscle. A 4.0kW dual fuel generator, solar prep, and a 12-volt CPAP outlet in the bedroom make this one genuinely livable for extended trips.
