The dual-entry floor plan is one of the 31MBT's standout quirks. Not something you see often at this price point. It shares the Eagle HT line's reputation for half-ton-friendly tow weight without stripping out the amenities, including a 22" Blackstone griddle built right in. The carpetless four-season construction holds up well for year-round use, and Jayco backs the whole thing with a 2+3-year warranty that owners consistently cite as a reason they'd buy again. Long-term owners with 15,000+ miles report no major issues, which says something for a family-sized rig in this class.
