The Rockwood Roo 23SS is the kind of hybrid that makes skeptics reconsider the format. Owners frequently call it roomy and solid, and the kitchen backs that up with a three-burner high-output range, a large double-door auto gas/electric refrigerator, an undermount double-bowl stonecast sink, and genuinely good counter space for a unit that folds down for the road. A full bathroom with a skylight and two Maxxair ventilation fans keeps the interior comfortable, while ducted furnace heat and 13,500 BTU ducted air conditioning handle whatever the weather brings. The tent-end beds come with heated mattresses and individual fan/light combos, and the fully laminated aluminum frame construction with fiberglass sidewalls gives the Rockwood Roo 23SS the kind of structural integrity that earns it those "well built" reviews from long-term owners.
