The 397TH earns its reputation as one of the more luxurious toy haulers on the market. Triple axles with 17.5" H-rated tires handle the nearly 20,000 lb max weight with confidence, while 3,800+ lbs of cargo capacity means you're not leaving anything behind. Inside, the garage space transforms around a massive 5-person super sofa, and the front bedroom suite feels genuinely residential rather than like an afterthought. Grand Design included a kitchen island and residential stove, and the dual-pane windows are a real-world touch that owners specifically call out for eliminating condensation issues. Grand Design's warranty reputation is a known selling point here. Owners consistently describe claims being handled with minimal friction.
