The hard-sided, vacuum-laminated fiberglass construction is the headline here. Unlike canvas pop-ups, the A122 is allowed in National Parks that restrict soft-sided campers, and owners report it holds up tight even through heavy storms. At 17 feet and well under two tons, it tows easily behind smaller vehicles with minimal blind-spot concerns. Inside, the 10K BTU Cool Cat heat pump handles both heating and cooling, a heated mattress takes the edge off cold nights, and the 3-burner range plus microwave mean you're not roughing it on meals. The ProRac permanent crossbars (rated to 150 lbs) open up serious gear-hauling potential. Add the optional bike or kayak carriers and you've got a legitimate adventure platform in a compact package.
Many factors play into a unit's listing price and what you should pay. This guide provides a ballpark estimate, but it does not factor in your exact scenario or how different listings are equipped.
