Eleven feet of trailer doesn't sound like much until you see what Forest River stuffed into this one. The 12RK comes ready for off-grid life with ground solar prep, a 1,000-watt inverter, a 12V refrigerator, and dual 20-pound propane tanks, plus the Sport Tire package adds mud-terrain radials and a lift kit for trails that would stop a typical trailer cold. Inside, vacuum-laminated walls, 5/8" tongue-and-groove plywood flooring, and real wood cabinetry give it a build quality that holds up well beyond the shakedown trip. The outside griddle with LP hookup means you're not cramped inside cooking, a smart layout call for a unit sized for two.
