The rear kitchen layout is what makes the 16RK stand out. It's an unusual configuration that frees up the living area and gives the cook a dedicated space with a real view out the back. Jayco builds these with vacuum-bonded sidewalls and Dexter axles, which shows up in real-world ownership: at least one owner logged 75+ nights without a single major issue. Coming in under 5,000 lbs, it tows comfortably behind a half-ton truck and handles well on winding or mountainous roads. The full bath rounds out what is otherwise a genuinely compact, livable package for two.
