This is a great 3 zone living floorplan. It is very similar to a front living room but flip flopped to where the living room is in the rear. This can be a nice configuration if you are backing into a site. These floorplans feel like mini apartments with the different zones. In the living room area albeit front or rear it isn't uncommon to see a sofa removed in this floorplan to use as additional space for either a desk or even a spot for fido. When doing this you still end up with a sofa/sleeper and theater seats facing the TV. Vanleigh RV's wood working is just remarkable and if you haven't been in one before you are missing out. This floorplan, with the elevated rear living area, offers an enormous amount of outside storage including a sliding storage tray. What some forget is that this also allows you to load weight into the rear of the fifth wheel behind the wheels to lighten the hitch weight.
