The double loft with a full staircase is the 39DL's signature feature. Instead of a ladder climb, you get real stairs leading to dedicated upper sleeping space, which makes a genuine difference for everyday use during extended stays. Three slideouts expand the rear living area into a layout owners consistently describe as feeling more like a tiny home than a trailer. With multiple distinct sleeping areas across the floor plan, it handles larger groups without everyone living on top of each other. It's a lot of trailer for the money, and the spaciousness shows up immediately on a walkthrough.
Many factors play into a unit's listing price and what you should pay. This guide provides a ballpark estimate, but it does not factor in your exact scenario or how different listings are equipped.
