The rear kitchen is the star of the Keystone Springdale Mini 1740RK, giving you real counter and cooking space in a trailer that's still easy to tow at just 21 feet. A Murphy bed keeps the floor open during the day, so couples get a roomy feel without the bulk of a bigger rig. Nice touches like the Girard on-demand tankless water heater and an 8 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator round out a smart, budget-friendly layout. Owners consistently point to that clever floorplan as the reason they picked this one.
