The rear bunkhouse is the headline here, but what makes the 3740BH-R genuinely interesting is that it converts into a private office, a rare flexibility in a family-sized fifth wheel. Grand Design's fit and finish reputation holds up in this unit, with owners and pro technicians alike calling the interior quality excellent. High ceilings keep the space from feeling like you're living in a box, and the large storage bays mean you're not playing Tetris every time you pack up. When minor issues have come up, owners consistently note that Grand Design's customer service resolves them without the usual runaround.
