The 2023 K-Z Sportsmen 231RK is a compact fifth wheel designed for campers who want the towing stability and elevated bedroom layout of a fifth wheel without moving into a much larger coach.
At just under 25 feet long, the 231RK combines a rear kitchen, single slideout, queen bed, booth dinette, full bathroom, and practical storage in a floorplan that works especially well for couples, small families, and weekend travelers.
Stock Number: TR70416VIN: 4EZFS2528P5070416
One of the biggest advantages of the Sportsmen 231RK is its relatively manageable size.
Many fifth wheels extend well beyond 30 feet, but this model measures approximately 24' 10". That gives buyers the benefits of fifth-wheel towing and interior headroom while keeping overall length more manageable for campsites, storage, and travel.
The rear-kitchen layout also separates food preparation from the bedroom area, helping the coach feel more organized during everyday use.
The single slideout expands the central living area and provides additional room around the booth dinette.
Inside you will find:
The floorplan can sleep up to 5 people, giving couples additional room for children or occasional guests.
The rear kitchen keeps cooking activity concentrated at one end of the coach and provides a practical workspace for meals at camp.
Kitchen equipment includes:
For travelers who cook regularly while camping, the dedicated kitchen area helps keep meal preparation separate from the sleeping and bathroom areas.
This Sportsmen includes a 13,500 BTU air conditioner for warm-weather comfort.
Entertainment and convenience features include:
These features provide a comfortable setup for relaxing inside or enjoying the campsite outside.
Exterior equipment includes:
The enclosed underbelly and insulated construction add protection to plumbing and other components while traveling and camping in changing weather conditions.

Always verify final weights, capacities, dimensions, and installed equipment on the actual RV before towing or purchase.
Because this is a fifth wheel, tow-vehicle matching should be based on more than the trailer's total weight.
Be sure to verify:
With a 7,500-lb GVWR, this is lighter than many fifth wheels, but the truck still needs adequate payload capacity for the pin weight and everything carried in the truck.
The K-Z Sportsmen 231RK is a strong fit for:
When comparing smaller fifth wheels, don't look only at overall trailer weight.
Pay close attention to truck payload capacity and actual pin weight. Fifth wheels place considerably more weight directly over the truck's rear axle than conventional bumper-pull trailers.
A properly matched truck and hitch combination can make a significant difference in towing comfort and stability.
This unit measures approximately 24 feet 10 inches long.
The listed dry weight is approximately 6,200 pounds, with a 7,500-pound GVWR.
The current listing shows sleeping capacity for up to 5 people.
Yes. It has one slideout that expands the primary living area.
At Prosser's Premium RV Outlet, we want buyers to understand how an RV will actually work for their camping and towing needs.
That includes helping you evaluate floorplan usability, condition, towing requirements, truck compatibility, storage, and everyday operating systems before making a decision.
