The rear living, front bedroom layout of the 303RL gives the common areas a sense of openness that hub-of-the-unit kitchens can't match, and the kitchen island adds real counter space for actual cooking. A 42,000 BTU tankless hot water heater is a standout inclusion at this price point, no running out mid-shower. The panoramic slide room window pulls in a lot of light, and the skylight over the shower is a nice touch in a space that can often feel cramped. Optional upgrades like theater seating with heat and massage, a 30" fireplace, and a full off-grid solar package give buyers meaningful room to customize without jumping to a higher-priced brand.
