The 40RLB puts the King bed at the rear and the living area up front, which is an uncommon arrangement that pays off in how naturally the space flows from the two entry doors through the kitchen island and into a wide, relaxed main room. Forest River leaned hard into aesthetics with this redesign. Shiplap islands, TFL black walnut entertainment shelves, a stylish backsplash, and dimmable blade lighting give the interior a look that doesn't feel like a typical trailer. The JBL 3-zone media center carries sound both inside and out, and the 60K on-demand tankless water heater and Serta mattress round out the residential ambitions. The walk-on roof decking, 7-foot slide-out height in the living area, and heated enclosed underbelly are the kind of structural details that matter when you're parked in one spot for an extended stretch.
