Don't let the compact footprint fool you. The 16CM squeezes in a tankless water heater, powered stabilizers, and a walk-thru bath that owners consistently describe as more spacious than expected. The front bedroom layout keeps sleeping quarters private, while the mid-bath placement means you're not trekking to the back of the trailer in the middle of the night. It tows comfortably behind a midsize truck, and the cargo capacity has a habit of surprising people who expect a trade-off at this size. Forest River's Cherokee line is well-regarded as a value leader, and the 16CM is a strong example of that, a well-thought-out layout with features that punch above its price point.
