The bunk over cab is the headline here, giving the 2440DS genuine sleeping flexibility without sacrificing living space. The U-shaped dinette pulls double duty for meals and extra overnight guests. Tucked into the rear, the full bath stays out of the main living flow, and the 10.7 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator pairs nicely with the convection microwave for a kitchen that actually works on the road. Underneath all that, Forest River loaded it with a 4.0 KW gas generator, heat pump air, heated enclosed tanks, and the EZ Ryde suspension. The kind of systems that matter when you're not camping at a full-hookup resort. The power patio awning with LED strip and outdoor entertainment option round out a floor plan that spends as much time outside as in.
