What the Viking Express 9.0 gives up in square footage, it more than makes up for in towability. At under 1,300 lbs, nearly any small SUV can pull it without breaking a sweat. The construction holds up well for the price point, with aqua-Shield tenting material, laminated aluminum skin walls, and a full e-coated tubular steel frame keeping things solid on the road. Inside, dark ash cabinetry and residential laminated countertops give it a cleaner look than you'd expect at this size. Optional add-ons like the Flex Rod Tech add-a-room and a 5,000 BTU air conditioner let you tailor the Forest River Viking Express 9.0 to your camping style without committing to a larger rig.
Many factors play into a unit's listing price and what you should pay. This guide provides a ballpark estimate, but it does not factor in your exact scenario or how different listings are equipped.
