What makes the 233S stand out is how much usable space it delivers once those expandable ends are popped out. Owners regularly comment that it feels bigger than a trailer this easy to tow has any right to be. Sleeping 8 with a full bath, it's built on a 6-sided full-aluminum frame with complete composite wall construction and a fully laminated roof, so the bones are genuinely solid. The Near Nature package adds square bunk ends with aircraft cable and an automotive-grade easy latch system, while the Climate Protection Package brings radiant foil in the underbelly, laminated foam ducting, and an enclosed underbelly for shoulder-season use. Dexter sprung axles and nitrogen-filled tires keep the ride composed on the way there.

The 2026 Forest River Rockwood Roo 233S is a game-changing hybrid travel trailer that delivers massive sleeping capacity, lightweight towability, and flexible living space—all in one smart design. Available now at Campers Inn RV, this model is perfect for families or groups who want the space of a larger RV without the hassle of towing one.
Built by Forest River, the Rockwood Roo series is known for combining hard-sided durability with expandable tent-style sleeping areas—and the 233S is one of the most popular floorplans. Measuring approximately 24 feet 10 inches long and just under 5,000 pounds dry weight, it’s towable by many half-ton trucks while remaining easy to maneuver at campsites and on the road.
What truly sets the 233S apart is its three expandable queen tent beds, giving you the ability to sleep up to 8–10 people comfortably—a rare feature in a trailer this size. This hybrid design allows the trailer to stay compact while traveling, then expand into a spacious living area once you’re set up at camp.
Inside, the layout is designed for both comfort and functionality. The large U-shaped dinette in the slide-out creates a central gathering space for meals, games, or additional sleeping, while the sofa adds even more flexibility for relaxing or accommodating guests.
The center kitchen is fully equipped with a three-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and ample counter space, making it easy to cook real meals whether you’re camping for a weekend or an extended stay.
You’ll also find a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity, providing convenience and privacy that sets this model apart from traditional pop-ups or smaller hybrids.
Built for real-world camping, the Roo 233S includes premium features like a 200W solar panel, enclosed underbelly, 15,000 BTU A/C, Maxxair ventilation, and durable laminated construction, making it ideal for both campground stays and off-grid adventures. The extends your living space outdoors, perfect for relaxing at any campsite.
