The Coachmen American Spirit 3070BH is built around a bunkhouse layout that doesn't skimp on the details that make camping comfortable, starting with an on-demand tankless water heater, 200W solar with a 30-amp charge controller, and an almost 7-foot interior height that keeps things from feeling cramped. The kitchen gets a thoughtful upgrade with the all-in-one sink combo that includes a cup rinser, waterfall faucet, soap dispenser, and cutting board, plus a convection microwave and a cast iron griddle mounted outside for serious campsite cooking. A kids' convenience center serves the bunk area, motion-activated floor lights handle midnight trips, and bedside night stands with outlets mean the Queen bed end of the trailer is just as dialed in as the fun end. Coachmen's American Spirit line earns consistent praise for its livable layouts and towability, so prospective buyers who go in knowing to do a thorough pre-delivery inspection tend to come away happy with the floor plan itself.
