BUILD & CONSTRUCTION - Built in 2025, 2018 Spartan trailer, Double-layer 3/4” decking with 1” foam insulation, 1” foam insulation in walls, 1”–2” insulation in ceiling, 30-year waterproof flooring, Raised axles for improved ground clearance and towing stability, No particle board anywhere — solid wood cabinets, walls, ceiling, closet, and furniture throughout
INTERIOR & STORAGE - 1.5” solid butcher block countertops, 1.5” solid wood collapsible wall-mounted table (approx. 22” x 48”), Custom 100% cedar closet with collapsible clothing rack + lower storage, Hidden in-wall storage behind picture frame (left open or customized at sale), (6) 12” x 12” storage cubbies above bed, (3) 12” x 12” x 30” solid wood overhead cabinets, Twin Murphy bed (38” x 75”) to maximize floor space, Solid pine cabinet housing all solar equipment + extra storage
BATHROOM & PLUMBING (OFF-GRID READY) - In-floor stainless steel shower with removable curtain (open-concept design), Composting toilet on roller track, Concealed under kitchen sink, No black tank required Ideal for off-grid use, All plumbing and fresh water tank protected inside walls, No exposed water lines (except grey tank & dump connections)
