This unit does have some water damage to both slideout floors. It is usable in its current condition, and the floors can be repaired. We wanted to offer this unit for sale in its current condition at a substantially reduced price prior to us making the repairs. We do not have the flexibility in our shop schedule right now. If it does not sell, we will make the repairs and adjust the sale price accordingly. This is a great opportunity for the right person! it would normally be priced around $25k.
