This coach had a skylight leak.  There is no damage in the inside of the RV.  The roof is soft just under the roofing material next to the skylight.  My service department does not have the time to dedicate to fixing sales department work at the moment so we are selling this the way it sits at a large discount.  To fix it the best way requires replacing the entire roof which is a days long process.  We could cut the roof and replace the wood underneath and seal the roof back and hope it stays together for a lot less and sell the camper at a higher price.  We have chosen to just sell it the way it is at a discounted price and let you decide what you want to do.  There is not water showing inside and it does not smell wet or damp or musty.  The last several pictures show the inside with no damage and the replaced skylight that is fully sealed.
