Front living layouts are a smart choice in a shorter trailer, and the 18FQ pulls it off well. The living area anchors the front while the sleeping and bath spaces stay tucked toward the rear. Having a full bath rather than just a half is a genuine convenience at this size. Coachmen's Clipper line is built around the idea that you don't need a massive rig to camp comfortably, and this floor plan is a solid example of that philosophy.
