The Forest River IBEX 23BHEO is built with off-grid camping in mind, coming standard with a 200W solar panel, 2K inverter, 30-amp charge controller, and a fully enclosed, heated underbelly with heated tank pads, so you're not limited to full-hookup sites. The exterior bush kitchen keeps meal prep outside where it belongs, while the convection microwave and butcher block countertop option round out the cooking setup indoors. Inside, the bunkhouse layout sleeps seven, the tall interior makes it feel roomier than its footprint suggests, and the panoramic front window adds a lot of light and character. The 15" aluminum rims with all-terrain tires and the automotive-style wrap give the IBEX 23BHEO a rugged, trail-ready look that backs up its boondocking credentials.
