At just 22 feet and under 5,000 lbs, the FSX 196BH manages to fit a bunkhouse, a full bath, and standup interior height into a genuinely towable package. That's the main draw here. The 8' wide construction keeps it from feeling cramped, and the one-piece walk-on roof with a 12-year warranty is a standout for a trailer in this class. Inside, you get a microwave, 2-burner cooktop, and a 4.3 cu. ft. electric fridge (or opt for an RV fridge if you want more capacity). The vinyl patio awning rounds things out for relaxed evenings outside.
