The Forest River Work and Play 40RLS puts its toy-hauler utility front and center with a rear pull-down screen, low ramp angle, Congoleum flooring, and 2,500-pound D-rings secured into steel plates. Up front, the residential Queen bed, full bath, double-bowl kitchen sink, three-burner cooktop, and convection microwave make the trailer comfortable for longer stays. A power awning with LED lighting, outside speakers, exterior shower, and lighted storage add useful campsite conveniences.
