$33,439
The Gulf Stream Northern Express SVT 19FMB keeps things compact with a mid-bunk layout and a full bath packed into a 23-foot frame, and its 3,459 lb dry weight means a wide range of tow vehicles can handle it. That lightweight build comes with tradeoffs, though. The Northern Express line has earned notably poor owner ratings on RVInsider, with recurring complaints about roof leaks, structural issues, and limited warranty support. A handful of owners report solid performance after travel, so experiences vary, but the pattern is worth weighing seriously before committing.
