The Heartland Trail Runner TR 191BHS is built around a bunkhouse layout that sleeps up to eight people in a 24-foot package, making it one of the more space-efficient options at this price point. The dedicated bunk area keeps sleeping quarters separated from the main living space, and a full bath rounds out the practical side of the floor plan. Heartland positions the Trail Runner line as feature-rich for the money, and owners tend to agree the layout and value are the strong suits here. Build quality has been inconsistent across model years, so a thorough pre-purchase inspection is worth the effort.
