The Hide-A-Loft™ drop-down bed is a standout feature here, giving this floor plan flexible sleeping for up to five without sacrificing living space when it's not in use. Full basement storage keeps gear organized and out of the way, while the exterior entertainment center means you're set up for outdoor evenings right from the factory. Inside, high-gloss cabinetry with hidden hinges, soft-touch vinyl ceilings, and LED task lighting give the cabin a polished feel that punches above the Flair's price point. Owners consistently praise the 31A as comfortable and genuinely easy to drive on long hauls, and the whole-coach water filtration system and ducted A/C with dedicated full-length metallic ducting show that Fleetwood sweated some of the details most builders overlook.
