The 38F is one of those floor plans where the livability details really add up, a free-standing dinette with credenza gives the living area a more residential feel than a standard booth setup, and the pull-out galley top means you're not fighting for counter space at meal time. Outside, Fleetwood loaded this one up thoughtfully: the electric patio awning has a wind sensor so it retracts itself, the exterior service station consolidates water pump, shower, tank flush, and bypass valve in one spot, and basement pass-through storage with LED lighting and a full-bay slide tray makes accessing gear genuinely easy. The 4-color premier full-body paint and large dark-tinted frameless windows give it a look that punches above the Pace Arrow's price point. Owners consistently call it a "home-like" coach with strong storage and upscale touches, a well-equipped Class A that doesn't ask you to compromise on the day-to-day stuff.
