The Coach House Platinum II 240 DS leads with the thing that sets Coach House apart from most of the Class B market: a patented one-piece fiberglass body with carbon-fiber reinforcement that owners consistently credit for a quiet, tight ride and a strong resistance to the leaks and creaks that plague traditionally assembled coaches. Inside, the 240 DS punches well above its footprint, with a separate 6-ft 2-in stand-up shower, Corian solid-surface countertops, a convection/microwave, and leather-touch upholstery in your choice of Lakeside Cherry or Honey Maple cabinetry. Comfort on the road is handled by a 15,000-BTU ducted roof air conditioner with heat pump, a 30,000-BTU auto LP furnace, and R-18 heavy-duty insulation, while a 3.6kW LP micro-quiet generator keeps things running off-grid. Coach House's reputation as a small, high-end American builder means factory support and warranty backing that larger volume brands rarely match.
