The thing owners say first about the Platinum II 240 FS is how quiet and solid it feels underway, and that starts with Coach House's patented one-piece fiberglass body with carbon-fiber reinforcement, a construction approach that essentially eliminates the seam leaks and road flex that plague traditionally built coaches. Inside, the luxury credentials hold up: Corian countertops, ultraleather upholstery, a 32-inch swivel HD TV, and a stainless convection microwave make the cabin feel more like a high-end apartment than a road vehicle. The full bathroom earns its own praise, with a separate 6-foot 2-inch stand-up shower that's genuinely usable rather than a compromise. A 15,000-BTU ducted heat pump, a 3.6kW LP generator, and a demand fresh water system round out a feature set that lets the Platinum II 240 FS handle extended trips without feeling like you're roughing it.
