Coach House has spent 40 years perfecting the single-shell fiberglass body, and the 272 IV FD shows it. Owners consistently describe the ride as unusually quiet, and units from over a decade ago still look new. The Ford E-450 chassis keeps it drivable in tight spots while the hydraulic leveling system, MOR/ryde rear suspension, and heated holding tanks handle the less glamorous realities of full-time use. Inside, solid-surface countertops, a convection/microwave, MCD day/night shades, and a separate stand-up shower give it a genuinely residential feel, while the lithium ion battery system and 4.0kw generator mean you're not dependent on hookups. Post-sale support from Coach House has its own fan club. Owners routinely call out the warranty service as some of the best in the industry.
