The Coachmen Cross Trail Xtreme EV 20XG is built around two ideas that don't usually share the same vehicle: go-anywhere capability and serious off-grid power. The Ford Transit AWD chassis gets the full Xtreme treatment, including a Van Compass 2" suspension lift, Falcon Racing shocks, all-terrain tires, and a front brush guard with LED lights, while the EV package backs it all up with a 400Ah lithium battery bank, dual 250-amp alternators, and a 3,000W inverter. Owners consistently single out the power bed, roomy shower, and rear garage as standout features, and one 10,000-mile owner said they'd "buy it again in a heartbeat." An optional upgrade to 800Ah of lithium storage pushes the off-grid range even further for those planning extended stays away from hookups.
