Built on the RAM ProMaster 3500 with Sumo Spring suspension front and rear, the Nova 20C has earned a reputation as one of the best-insulated vans in the Class B segment. Rockwool R-15 in the walls, imported dual-pane acrylic windows with solar-reflective pull-downs, and an optional Cozy Wrap upgrade for those heading into serious cold. The solid hardwood cabinetry (Amish-built, and notably absent on competing ProMaster builds) gives the interior a quality that owners consistently call out. Off-grid capability is genuinely strong out of the box: 220W of rooftop solar, three Group 31 AGM batteries for 345AH total, a 2,000W Xantrex inverter, and a Truma Combi Eco Plus handling both heat and hot water, with a lithium upgrade path that takes you all the way to 1,280AH if you want to stay out longer. Day-to-day livability gets a boost from the new air fryer/convection microwave combo, induction cooktop, MaxxAir fan with rain sensor, and a fiberglass shower with a residential high-rise faucet. Details that add up fast on extended trips.
