Built on the Ford Transit chassis, the Freelander 20CB punches well above its size. Owners consistently report 12 mpg and the ability to fit in standard parking spots, two things you rarely say about a Class C. At 24 feet, it still manages a full bath with a skylit shower, a J-dinette, and a kitchen with a residential-size microwave and flip-up countertop extension that gives you extra prep room when you need it. The Vacu-Bond laminated walls, floor, and crowned aluminum roof are the same construction approach Coachmen uses across their lineup. It keeps things tight and weather-resistant. The rear warehouse trunk box and plasti-cote side boxes give you more exterior storage than you'd expect for the footprint.
