The Holiday Rambler Vesta 31U makes a strong first impression in the kitchen, where solid surface countertops, a tile backsplash, an 11 cu. ft. stainless residential refrigerator, and a stainless convection microwave give the galley a genuinely residential feel. The bathroom stands out too, with a shower skylight, solid surface countertop, and a porcelain foot-flush toilet that feel a step above typical Class C spec. Throughout the coach, high-gloss hardwood raised-panel cabinet doors, indirect under-cabinet lighting, and a deluxe padded ceiling add polish, while practical touches like a whole-coach water filtration system, a 1200W inverter, and a heat pump keep daily life comfortable. Owners consistently praise the Vesta 31U's driving confidence and layout, and the optional frameless dual-pane windows or full-body paint can sharpen the package further, though a close pre-purchase inspection of fit and finish is well worth the time.
