The rear bedroom and bath layout gives the 22M a clear division between sleeping and living spaces that's hard to find in a 24-foot Class C. The east/west bed means no climbing over anyone in the middle of the night, and the bunk over cab adds sleeping space without eating into the floor plan. A U-shaped dinette anchors the living area and doubles as a gathering spot, while Corian countertops and a 3-burner range with oven make the galley genuinely usable. Under the hood, the Ford E450 with the 7.3L V8 and TorqShift 6-speed brings serious capability, including a 7,500-lb tow rating, plus the cab is loaded with modern driver assistance tech like adaptive cruise, automatic emergency braking, and a rearview monitor system with Apple CarPlay.
