With two entry doors, a front King bed with under-bed exterior storage, and a rear living area anchored by an extra large fireplace, the 39RDEN is clearly designed for extended stays rather than weekend getaways. The kitchen earns its "residential" label. Solid surface countertops, a stainless undermount sink, a high-rise faucet, and a 16 cu. ft. refrigerator all back that up. A double air conditioner package and a 42K BTU furnace mean you're not at the mercy of the weather, while the central vacuum, electric skyview shades, and washer/dryer prep push the comfort level well past typical trailer territory. The 102" wide body and 8' sidewalls (on select models) give the interior a genuinely open feel that photos don't always capture.
