What makes the 3800MB click is the layout logic. The rear living room keeps the 50" swing-arm TV and fireplace away from the sleeping quarters, while the mid-bunk section creates a natural buffer zone between the front King bed and the kids. The kitchen pulls its weight with a farmhouse sink, solid surface countertops, a flip-up counter extension, and a full island, so there's actually room to cook. A loft and dedicated desk add flexibility that most bunk-focused floor plans don't bother with. East to West loads the Blackthorn with serious infrastructure too, a 60,000 BTU tankless water heater, heated enclosed underbelly, MORryde CRE3000 suspension, and washer/dryer prep round out a build that's ready for more than just summer weekends.
