The standout here is the 15-foot garage. Serious real estate for hauling bikes, ATVs, or gear without sacrificing the living space up front. Beyond the garage, the 3965 leans into the luxury toy-hauler formula with features like an enclosed underbelly, solar prep, and MORryde steps that signal a more thoughtful build than the average hauler. A single full bath keeps things practical for longer trips. Prospective buyers should do a thorough walkthrough, as owner experiences with this floor plan's layout and Heartland's build consistency tend to vary, but those who connect with the setup often come away very happy with it.
