The Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge XLT 294RLS earns consistent praise for its rear living layout, which creates a spacious, lounge-forward feel that owners say holds up well on long trips. Storage is a recurring highlight, and the towing manners get good marks compared to similarly sized fifth wheels. Where the Mesa Ridge XLT 294RLS gets more complicated is build quality: some owners have reported spongy floors and early component failures, so it's a floor plan that rewards a thorough pre-delivery inspection. If the layout checks your boxes, it's worth going in with eyes open on fit and finish.
