The 378RBS puts the bedroom in the rear for genuine privacy, and then loads the rest of the floor plan with features that feel more like a vacation home than a trailer. Think theater seating with heat and massage, a residential convection microwave, a large freestanding oven with a 4-burner range, and a single-basin stainless undermount sink with a high-rise pull-down faucet. Two separate A/C units (15,000 BTU up front, 13,500 BTU in the bedroom) with quiet residential return air keep things comfortable from end to end, and the TuffShell laminated construction with ACCU-SLIDE™ 42"-deep 4-corner compression slides gives it a solid, well-sealed feel on site. Washer/dryer prep, solar prep, and USB ports in the master bedroom add practical long-term livability, while the optional King bed and residential refrigerator let you dial the setup up further.
