The rear bunkhouse is the heart of this floor plan. It's a dedicated kids' zone that keeps the main living area feeling like an adult space, while the layout still sleeps 10 comfortably. Opposing slides open up the kitchen and living room, and owners consistently call out the kitchen island and storage as standouts for a family-focused fifth wheel. Jayco's Climate Shield package means the 347BHOK is genuinely usable in cold weather, with a fully enclosed heated underbelly, 35,000 BTU furnace, and double-layer insulation throughout. Practical upgrades like the universal docking center, pass-through storage, and available solar kit make it equally capable as a weekend rig or something you'd take out for weeks at a time.
